Here you will find the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. We hope this gives you all the information you need, but please feel free to drop us an email & we'd be happy to help!
For all competition reels, we ask that bookings are made through our online, secure booking system.
For personal shoots & brands, please get in touch via email, or over on Instagram, & we will reply within 24 hours.
Our competition reels start at £65 for an edited reel of one horse/rider & one round. We offer discounts on multiple rounds, which is automatically calculated at checkout.
For private shoots, our basic mixed media package starts from £115 for a mini shoot. This consists of 1 edited reel & 5+ photos - either ridden or non-ridden.
For brand content days, our packages include commercial rights & start from £210, or £95 for content at UK shows.
Travel within 30 miles of LU7 3 or HP21 9 is included, excess mileage is charged at £0.45p/m.
Thank so much for your booking! We know that competitions can be stressful, so our aim is to be as seamless as possible. Don't panic if you don't spot us, we like to blend in! Where possible, we will film in the warmup and course walk (if requested), plus any jump offs & prize giving.
We know how important a quick turn around time is, therefore we pride ourselves on having every reel sent out within 24 hours of the show ending. Usually, you will receive your reel the same day as your competition!
We have a handy calendar page that lists our planned shows for the upcoming year. In the weeks leading up to an event, we usually post on our social media where we will be next. If in doubt - drop us a message!
Unfortunately, due to how busy we are, we have to be selective on which classes we take bookings for, to avoid clashes. However, we take provisional bookings for all classes not listed. A link to the provisional booking form can be found here. There, you can check out as normal, however you will not be charged unless we managed to film your requested round(s).
Some shows get booked up very quickly, so alongside our provisional bookings, we have a waitlist booking form. As above, you checkout as normal but you won't be charged unless we can squeeze you in.
The only information we need from you is to select the correct class & date, and enter the rider & horse name. We will do the rest!
We know that life with horses doesn't always go to plan - trust us, we have 3 of our own! We will always try and refund in full, we only offer credits if you specifically ask.
Any booking cancelled within 24 hours of the show commencing will be refunded in full. Anything after that and during the show, will be refunded less a booking fee.
Our unique selling point is that, being twins, there is 2 of us! That means we can capture a lot more content for you! At competitions, there will be a videographer either side of the ring to capture as many fences as possible. At training & brand shoots, that means we are able to capture mixed media in a shorter amount of time.
